Do LoveNotes come pre-assembled?
Our Hexagon LoveNote™ is unique in our line of LoveNotes because we offer assembly prior to shipment. You will still have to attach your own images when you receive your order but it cuts down the amount of time you need to have a finished product!
If you choose not to have us assemble your Hexagon LoveNote™ It takes about 30 minutes to assemble a Hexagon LoveNote™. We have a comprehensive tutorial video on how to assemble the box on our website, you can check it out here!
Do you customize the LoveNote for me?
While we do offer assembly, we do not offer full customization of your Hexagon LoveNote™
If you choose for us to assemble your Hexagon LoveNote™ it will only take you about 5-10 minutes to arrive at a finished product.
Most of our customers enjoy crafting their LoveNote - it may seem like a daunting task at first but we promise it isn't as hard as it looks!
Will my order get to me without any issues?
Yes! If you reside in the USA, we ship directly from our facility in California. You should get your order quickly and without any issues.
If you reside in an international country, customs will be the biggest factor for on-time deliveries. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

What if I don't like the product I received?
No problem! We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee! If you end up not liking the product you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days.
How long does it take to process an order?
If you choose to assemble your Hexagon LoveNote™ by yourself, we are usually able to ship within 1 business day.
If you choose for us to assemble your Heart LoveNote™ prior to shipment, we will have a 1-3 business day assembly time (especially when near a holiday). We assemble our products with great detail in our facility in California and we do not ship anything unless it is perfect!
