SHIPPING POLICY

Please read through our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Make It Mine ships worldwide from our US warehouse. We offer different shipping methods but we cannot guarantee the exact delivery dates. Every effort will be made to ship your item/s as soon as your order is placed. Our usual processing time takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or shipping time). We have the right to extend our processing time if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during holiday seasons. You will automatically receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will be sent another email containing your tracking information, so you can track down your own order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Shipping times would depend on the method chosen. International orders may require 7-21 business days or more in some cases due to customs/local post office delays. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Please refer to the carrier's website for up-to-date information about their service guarantees. 

In some instances, we may contact you and offer a different service if the selected shipping option is not available to you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc) may occur, depending on your region, state or country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Although we always strive hard to ship your orders as soon as we can, there may be times when we encounter unprecedented situations or delays. In such events, please be reminded that we are not responsible for any of the following:

  • Deliveries that were attempted but not successful because there was no one home or available to give a signature
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts that result in a “Returned to Sender” situation
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect addresses entered into our shipping form
  • Delays caused by customs, or unexpected postal delivery delays such as local postal backlogs or strikes
  • Stolen or missing items that show delivered on the carrier’s website

STOLEN OR MISSING

If your package is stolen or missing and you have reached out to your local post office or carrier already and still couldn’t locate your order, please contact our customer service and we will work with you to make sure you receive your order.

We always try our best to estimate the shipping time and communicate with complete transparency with our customers, but sometimes unforeseen problems occur that we really have no control over.
